What we don't do

GANTT LEGAL is very specific about the legal work it will do, and what it won't do.

There are areas of law in which we are not experts, and in respect of which we will not take instructions.

These areas include:

• conveyancing
• leasing
• commercial transactions generally, except for infrastructure agreement preparation and due diligence about planning and environment law issues
• land titling and other tenure issues, except for easements and covenants required to facilitate development

We do not undertake work outside of the Queensland jurisdiction.
